- Small Land - Kids Daycare for child minding while you shop.
- Showroom - Upstairs Level will be a showroom for: Living Rooms, Family Rooms, Kitchen Settings, Bathroom, Bedrooms. This area will be your inspiration.
- Main Level - This is where you will shop and purchase the items that you have seen in the Showroom.
- Restaurant - Upstairs in the showroom there will be the famous IKEA restaurant which will seat approx 600 people.
